For teams who run events for a living

BlueBox for event planners

Whether you plan galas, manage a venue's event calendar, produce live shows, or run corporate events internally, the work at the door is the same: get every guest checked in, seated and informed without a bottleneck. BlueBox gives you one workspace to prepare that experience and watch it run live.

Get started
  1. Discover

    Built for professionals.

Run weddings, galas and corporate events from one place.

  2. Start

    Set up your business.

Name your business and create your first client event.

  3. Set up

    Run every detail.

Import guest lists and seating, and add your vendors and team.

  4. Go live

    Deliver to your client.

Add your client as a co-host so they approve the preview with their own sign-in, then you publish. Add displays for premium events.

  5. Event day

    Run the room.

See arrivals and guest requests live, send program and vendor cues on time, and give each team member one simple job.

  6. After

Your next client starts in minutes.

Share the wall with your client and duplicate the event as a template for the next one.

Built for the people running the event, not just attending it.

Event planners

Move between clients and events without losing track of a guest list. Each event holds its own guests, tables and design, ready to hand back to a client for review.

Venues

Offer a cleaner arrival than a printed seating board in your foyer, whether that's your own screen running the display experience or a rented BlueBox unit for the night.

Event producers

Get the arrival and information layer of a show or ceremony ready ahead of doors, then monitor check-in and readiness live as the audience arrives.

Keep your vendors and team in step.

Cue vendors at the right moment, see who is ready, message your team, and show guests who made the day possible.

Vendor cues and ready checks

Link vendors to moments in the program. They get a cue before their moment and confirm when they're ready.

Roles for your event team

Leads, coordinators, servers, ushers, kitchen staff and vendor liaisons each see only what their job needs. Up to 50 people per event.

Readiness and Go Live

One checklist shows what's done and what isn't before doors open. Then go live in one step.

A vendor list for guests

Guests can see the florist, band and caterer behind the day in the Guest Hub.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run more than one event as an event planner?

Yes. Each event you create — a gala, a corporate dinner, a summit — has its own guest list, seating, design and go-live screen, so you can plan several events side by side.

Can a venue offer BlueBox as part of its own events?

Yes. A venue can use BlueBox for its own events, or point clients to it, with the display experience running on a venue screen or a rented BlueBox unit at the entrance.

Do we support corporate event teams running internal events?

Yes. Corporate teams use the same guest list, table assignment, check-in and announcement tools for conferences, dinners and staff events as any other organizer.

Can producers manage guest arrival across a live show or ceremony?

Yes. Producers can use check-in, arrival counts and readiness indicators to know where a guest list stands before doors open, alongside the program and announcement tools during the event.

Is there a way to rent physical displays for multiple events?

Yes. Each rental includes delivery, setup and pickup, with availability checked before booking.
