Send the invitation, collect replies and see who is coming in one list. You can search it, sort it and download it.
Guest list
Build your guest list, group and seat every guest, then watch arrivals come in live — all in one workspace behind the guest experience.
From the first guest added to the last check-in, it's the same screen your team already knows.
Share one link. Guests get the invitation, reply to your RSVP and find everything they need: your story, dress code, schedule, venue and photos.

01
Every event starts with a guest list. Add guests individually as RSVPs come in, or import an existing list in one go by uploading or pasting it. BlueBox checks for likely duplicates so the same guest doesn't end up added twice under slightly different spellings.

02
Guests can be organized into groups — a family, a party, a department — which makes reviewing and seating a large list easier. Each guest can then be given a table and, optionally, a specific seat, with a live count per table.

03
An event readiness view tracks progress across your guest list, seating and event setup, so you can see at a glance what's done and what still needs attention before you go live.

04
Once your event goes live, arrivals update in real time as guests check in — whether they check themselves in from their phone or the BlueBox display, or staff check them in from the organizer app.

Add guests one at a time, or import a list by uploading or pasting it. BlueBox flags likely duplicates before they're added.
