Already have your own screen?

Renting a display isn't required. The same welcome screen, name search and check-in can run on a screen you already have. The digital BlueBox experience delivers the same designed arrival.

Reservation & rental questions

How do I reserve a BlueBox display?

Start a reservation, choose your event date and location, and BlueBox checks availability for that date in your service area before you confirm.

Is BlueBox display rental available everywhere?

No, only within the service areas BlueBox currently covers. Availability is checked against your event location as part of reserving.

What's included with a rental?

Every collection — One (1 display, $1,200), Signature (2, $2,250), Premier (3, $3,150) and Grand (4, $3,950) — includes 65-inch interactive displays, the BlueBox guest app free, delivery, setup, up to eight hours of event use and collection afterwards.

How does payment work?

Nothing is charged when you reserve. Once BlueBox approves your request, we email you a secure link to pay the full amount — that's the only payment.

Can I check availability before paying anything?

Yes. Availability and conflict checking happen as part of the reservation flow, before you commit.
