A printed board asks everyone to scan the same list. Find My Seat gives each guest a more direct route to their own table. Prepare the guest list and assignments in BlueBox before the event, then review what guests will see. The display does not decide who sits together; those choices remain yours. If names or tables change before arrival, update and review the event information rather than assuming a print-ready file is still current. Keeping the welcome and seating work together makes the entrance easier to plan.
Venue-friendly starts with a conversation
Ask the coordinator where a floor-standing display may sit without narrowing the doorway or blocking the registration table. Discuss a suitable power location, the delivery route and any lift or loading restrictions. A clean frame is only part of being venue-friendly: placement and timing matter too. BlueBox includes setup and pickup, but individual venues control supplier access. Share those requirements early. For a ceremony followed by a reception, tell us whether the welcome point changes so the intended arrangement can be considered before the booking is confirmed.

Photographs with a purpose
An engagement photograph can make the entrance personal. A slideshow can celebrate your story when guests are gathering, while a focused welcome message keeps the first interaction simple. Select pictures you have permission to use and check the crop before the event. The actual BlueBox photographs on this page show the white totems; they are not evidence of a named customer endorsement. Your event should have its own imagery. Plan memorial tributes or family acknowledgements thoughtfully and review the wording with the people who should approve it.
The celebration continues on phones
The included BlueBox Digital experience brings the programme, food, games and Celebration Wall to your guests alongside check-in and seating. One QR entry point is easier to plan than a collection of unrelated links. Decide which information guests need before dinner and which moments belong later in the evening. Your event details remain under your control; a rental does not automatically publish unfinished content. Review the guest pages with your planner, especially names, timings and menu information, before sharing the final invitation or placing the QR code.
Book the entrance as part of the wedding plan
When comparing a wedding welcome screen with a poster board, include delivery, setup, removal and the phone experience in the decision. BlueBox packages cover one to four displays, so you can discuss different arrival points without inventing a package. Send your date, venue, wedding type and screen count in the availability form. An inquiry does not charge you or secure the date by itself. After approval, the existing rental terms provide a 50% deposit and a separately arranged balance before the wedding. Yes. Use the display for a digital welcome sign with your approved names, message and photographs, then plan seating information for the arrival period.
Is this suitable for every wedding style?
The white-framed totem can carry your chosen look and words. BlueBox serves couples and planners without limiting the service to one culture or wedding format.
Who chooses the tables?
You or your planner prepare the guest assignments in BlueBox. Find My Seat displays those decisions; the rental does not make social seating choices for you.
Should I plan one or two screens?
Consider the entrances and whether welcome and seating need separate locations. One is $1,200 and two are $2,250; review your venue flow before choosing.
Do you remove the display afterward?
Pickup is included. Confirm supplier access and the pickup window with your venue and BlueBox when arranging the rental.
Can my guests use phones?
Yes. Confirmed rentals include BlueBox Digital with guest check-in, seating, food, games and Celebration Wall. The phone experience does not require an app download.
