Check spelling and distinguish people who have similar names. Confirm the table labels match the labels your venue and team will use in the room. Find My Seat does not repair an unreviewed list or decide which relatives belong together. Those decisions remain with the organiser. The rental is the guest-facing presentation of the plan, not a replacement for making that plan.
Changing a table is different from reprinting a board
A printed seating board turns one version of the list into a physical object. When a late change is needed, the organiser must decide how to communicate it. A search point should be easy to notice and leave room for the next guest. Consider where guests arrive, where check-in happens and where they turn toward the tables.
